Synapse is an agency made up of creative, talented folks that genuinely like each other and love our clients. We call ourselves Synapsians. It shows in our work: we've been awarded more than 100 national awards for our clients.
We've created an agency that allows us all to thrive - professionally, creatively and personally. This benefits our team because it makes us better people. So much so that Synapse has been consistently honored as one of the Best Places to Work in PA.
Our clients benefit because it makes us better partners. We know that companies choose Synapse because of the results we achieve for them and how we deliver those results. The proof? Some of the most well-respected brands have called Synapse their marketing partner of choice for a good part of the last decade.Start a Conversation

To the days of the ancient Greeks.
I created Synapse to help companies get better results from their marketing initiatives. My insight comes from being in the direct marketing trenches for the past 15 years; experience which spans more than 12,000 marketing campaigns, working with over 700 corporate clients, and delivering more than 40,000 on-time/on-budget direct marketing projects. To date, these campaigns have generated more than $1 billion in revenue for the clients I represent.
I'm happiest when we've delivered better-than-expected results for our clients. I take personal responsibility for every project we do.
Prior to founding Synapse, I was a Consultant for a global marketing services provider, a Copywriter, a Marketing Analyst for a large direct mail firm, a printer, and a Six Sigma Black Belt. I've successfully started three marketing companies; I used those experiences – good and bad - to create Synapse. I love Synapse, and I can't imagine doing anything else.
My professional achievements include earning the Sales Consultant of the Year Award for three years (out of more than 800 reps) for the largest franchised print & direct mail company in the World. I've also been recognized for outstanding achievement by Sales & Marketing Executive International, lectured in front of more than 10,000 sales and marketing executives, and have been named to the Forty Under 40 . I'm a published author and have contributed written insight on marketing and business growth tactics for more than 30 publications. My proudest professional accomplishment to date is leading Synapse to a spot on the prestigious 2011 Inc. 500 list of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
