The Interactive Media Awards recognizes the highest standards of excellence
in website design and development. Recently, the IMA announced Synapse Marketing Solutions has won the IMA Outstanding Achievement Award
for the strategy, design and development of www.morphyauctions.com.

The IMA judges websites based on five criteria: Design, Content, Feature Functionality, Usability, Standards Compliance and Cross-Browser Compatibility.

Synapse created MorphyAuctions.com and its live bidding platform, MorphyLIVE, which allows users to bid on items in real time. Not only does this enhance the customers’ experience, it also saves Morphy Auctions tens of thousands of
dollars each year in fees. Another feature, MyMorphy, allows a user to register
to bid and select their collecting interests. These interests are then compiled in
a custom CRM that allows Morphy Auctions’ marketing team to send relevant email and direct mail to promote specialty auctions and individual items. The
CRM also ties in with MorphyFLOW, a custom workflow program that runs
their entire production process – from item intake to invoicing.
